In-home lactation and infant feeding consults are in the comfort of your own space.

During our in-home sessions you can expect to:

• Discuss your goals, review your medical history including your birth, and any prior lactation history

• Optimize your breastfeeding positioning and infant’s latch, and reduce nipple pain or soreness

• Understand how much breastmilk your baby is getting from breastfeeding through a weighted feed

• Review optimal bottle feeding positioning, techniques, and strategies to reduce gas and spit-ups, and avoid bottle refusal

• Optimize your breast pump through sizing, flange fit, and settings, and understand pumping schedules and how to build a milk stash

• Learn about your baby’s oral and body function

• Discuss essential newborn and postpartum care strategies related to infant sleep, diapering, baby wearing, maternal nutrition and support, and more

• Obtain local resources and provider referrals as needed

• Co-develop a personalized and integrated care plan to meet your goals
